On a few of the TF2 servers I play on, there are sometimes accusations of stacking, so I decided to make a simple webapp which pulls data from gameME stats and averages it across players on each team. It's fun to check out historical win rates when one team is getting absolutely crushed. I've found that within about 5% feels "fair", and >=10% difference in historical win rates makes for not so fun rounds.
The main ip2k.com has some examples, but you simply put the server:port you'd like to check out as the "fragment identifier" in the URL...Example: http://ip2k.com/#87.117.217.32:27017

I also designed it so that it would work reasonably well on mobile. My typical use-case is my phone is on a dock next to my gaming PC and I'll check it between rounds.
Let me know what you think! If you'd like to contribute, I deploy it from Github: https://github.com/ip2k/gameme-stacker-tracker
