every once in a while, like every 3 weeks, opening a steam game will suddenly take an agonizingly long time, and connecting to a server takes forever so i have to close the game and reboot my pc.

then when the pc boots up i have to reinstall the game and re-implement every game's launch options. why does this shit happen
