this is the vod from me playing but if you skip a few minutes in you can see the walls just randomly flash really bright . It happened right after I switched off dx9 to dx8. I had played on dx8 for about a year before i randomly switched to dx9, but now that i switched back I got this.

It's a problem with the latest nvidia drivers. Roll back to 306.97 to fix it.
