ESEA notification not showing for a player

So we have a match in five minutes, and the ESEA notification is not showing for one of my players and everyone else has been able to join. The person has logged in and out and restarted ESEA and neither of these works. Do you guys know the fix? Our mentor is offline so we can't find a way

I know im super late but the fix is to have the player join by IP or off a teammate, esea servers dont have a pass and will let you in if you have client running

you can also get the connect info off the match page or some shit like that
