This was made specifically for macOS starting 2017 -- it was refined and scrapped of all of its personal stuff [sens, hitsounds, binds] along 2018 and I decided to clear it up today
A major portion of stuff is still crammed into sections like RANDOM and EXPERIMENTAL, however I did clean up what appears to be a majority of the multimentions and personal settings
If any issues arise/ if any dupes of commands are noticed please mention them and I will update it
THIS SHOULD NOT WORK ON PC NOR WAS IT DESIGNED TO

wolsneregarding mat_picmip setting, I've seen on the arch wiki recommending setting this to -1 for a performance increase

It states that it was for Linux, which does use GL, however I do not know of the differences between Linux and OSX beyond that point and for picmip it would usually deal with the cpu
