Do vanilla tf2 servers exist?

By vanilla I mean (almost) no hats and unlocks at all. Don't play tf2 often anymore, but now I'm feeling quite nostalgic.
If you know any servers like that (EU I guess), let me know.

I think that got shut down because it was using the leaked 2007 tf2 source code

which is a large big legal nono

You can play it through Source SDK 2013 as a mod, but it's still underpopulated. The original project seems to be dead though.
