is there already a movie about vichai? if not then there will be now for sure. dude is a legend and literally did something no one thought could be done.
thoughts with his family
Leicester Citys title run was the biggest upset in modern sport and Vichai made this all possible. Thoughts with his family and the families of the pilots
without his money they will be back into the championship in no time
Blame-_-without his money they will be back into the championship in no time
do you think that vichai's family/king power will suddenly cease to exist without him???

The inheritors wont necessarily keep funding the team.
Do you know how lucrative owning a premier league team is? Especially when you also have enormous exposure for your company on top of all the revenue, not to mention eternal gratitude from the entire city for winning the title
Just saw this, so sad. Still go back and watch the documentary for their title winning season once a month
Vichai was such a selfless dude honestly, he truly loved the city and the city loved him back.
rip, he'll be remembered forever

The only way you make profit from owning a team is either by asset stripping like what happened at AFC Wimbledon or by having an innumerable amount of fans. The previous owner was NOT operating at profit, that's why the fans loved him. If a business minded person buys the team they simply won't be able to keep buying players to the rate that the bigger teams can and still make a profit. They would have to start asset stripping or spending next to nothing which will lead to them getting relegated. Look at all the great teams that are now in lower leagues because of how the premier league is geared only to make profit and not for good football. Company exposure means nothing when 99% of team owners are foreigners who don't even operate in England. It's just a status symbol for billionaires to own.
