please help me.. i want to play tf2 but i cant becuz every 5 minutes i get auto disconnected is there a way to fix it?

There could be several causes. It could be malware. It could be shitty connection. It could be a fried internet card (I had that once).

i have a pretty fast internet.. well it started happening lately... a year ago i'm playing tf2 just fine... i'm getting 35 ping in a casual game
