This has probably been written many times before but, I'm having big issues with consistency, sometimes I just hit every shot and sometimes I miss everything on a demo backpedaling, I've been trying to get into a consistent routine of practice but it doesn't seem to help, any ideas?

practice when you need it (right before scrims/matches), don't play too much or you might get burned out on the game

Something I don't see mentioned that often in threada like these is your physical and mental well being. These two things actually have a huge effect on your performance, and should you want to excel at getting more consistent, and getting better, then it helps to take care of these two things.
Long ago I had a conversation with AMS and he told me just how important lifestyle, diet and exercise are to playing esports and playing esports well. Watch what you eat, get the right ammount of exercise and if you find that your mental well being could be a factor, take the time to meditate regularly.
