Anybody know what causes it? Also would this be bannable in like leagues?
I can straight see people through walls from further than normal shadows and its kind of crazy.

Cause = probably bad/corrupt drivers
Bannable in leagues? Typically yes.

Just to be on the safe side what are your launch options and can you link your cfg?
Using mastercom med-low with some adjustments.
edit: also noting that I haven't updated any drivers recently.
