Tf2 folder wont sync

After reinstalling the game after taking a month break i'm unable to use huds, cfgs, etc. Does anyone know how to fix?

double check you are installing them to the right folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\x\

And in that folder you should have the resource/scripts/etc folders of whatever mod you're using
