choppy servers

yo guys so ive been getting problems with specific servers (mostly mge servers).
Everytime I join one I get choppy 100 fps instead of the smooth 250 I used to get a week ago (I think before the update idk).
I tried different cfgs but it doesnt help.

is it specifically the skial mge server because thats the only server that does that to me

there is an issue if a server is left running the same map for a long time ( i.e at least 1 day ) where it appears choppy to play on, this may be what you are describing - the owners of those servers should either restart them or change the map once per day if possible

edit* for reference try my server @ pub.tf2nerds.com there is an issue with the control panel for the hosting whereby i cannot get a nightly reboot scheduled

even directly after server restarts this happens

i have the same issue with skial/panda, really bad on panda, when i join a game afterwards the stutter/lag continues. if i restart tf2 and join a game i have no stutter

i think i'm having the same, for the moment i just change res and then re-change and it works fine
