See picture below. I think it was like that all the time. I have these little spikes all the time. I've tried different net settings, nothing has changed. It doesn't bother me much ingame, i just want to know if there a way to fix it. I don't have any programs running but steam and TF2.
My specs are:
CPU - i5 6400
GPU - 1060 6gb
And my internet speed is 230 mb/s for download and 400 mb/s upload.
As i said before, interp settings doesn't affect these spikes, i've tried many of them.
Is there anything i can do or it's fine?

What are those red arrows supposed to be pointing at? At the interp bars? That means you've got interp.
