cutting season is closing in so i wanna remind ppl

40% protein
40% carbs
20% fat

of your maintenance calories - calorie deficit

tip: dont do low carb diets or go beyond a deficit beyond 500 calories bc the gains you made during fall/winter will be for nothing.
carbs is what stimulate the hormones in ur body so u need plenty of it (keto is awful).
