Looking for a functional and preferably free programm for a PC. I'm using CoolReader right now, It is ok, but for some reason it doesn't allow me to change fonts.

You can use Amazon's Kindle app for IOS, windows, and I'm 99% sure Android. If you can download something as a PDF the kindle app lets you change font size and they have a font list.

i don't really read ebooks on pc but I've read some using calibre as well. a more friendly looking one is book bazaar reader (imo at least).
