Hey so I have been looking around a lot for interp settings for sniper, what I have found is interp .01 and .033 are the most common, which one should I use?
Use whichever works best for you.
Test out both settings on scrim/match servers and whichever gets you the best hitreg is the one you should use.

also any changed i should make to interp ratio? i have always used interp ratio 1
cl_interp 0.0334
cl_updaterate 66
cl_cmdrate 66
if anyone tells you otherwise they are wrong.
your net graph should show 33.4 lerp
edit: lmao why would this get -fragged? these are the optimal settings for accurate hitbox to model representation, it’s been settled for years.
edit2: nvm maybe not?

mastercomscl_interp_ratio = 2
cl_interp = 2 / 66 = 0.0303
Always round down, so cl_interp_ratio is preferred.
I am pretty sure this 0.033 value that gets thrown around is because someone accidentally dropped a 0 along the way in a recommendation, and that got spread around.

Depends on your style mate. Gotta kno a bit more about yaself to advise you further.
i use 33, because many eu servers have a set ratio of 1
and from what i've found out, use 15 if you have flick-aim and 30 if track-aim

I used to think interp played a big deal and every 2-3 months I would change it to another popular setting someone on this website recommended.
After a few years of doing this I realised
It doesn't matter
