Every time I play tf2 now it feels really laggy and my netgraph looks like this.

I checked ping and speed and they seem to be fine, anyone know any fixes?

that seems like your fps is low

Yeah only one during the time this was tested, fps is mediocre but usually 100+

Does this only happen with TF2? Or do you notice lag/slowdown in other games or voip?

I have the same problem. It only started happenign after the most recent update. It also happened too dota for me. Wish I knew how to fix it :(
