Whenever I launch tf2 in fullscreen my monitor just goes completely black with only the mouse cursor showing up, I hear all the startup noises play, but it just stays black
Borderless window works but randomly while playing my game will bug out and switch between 160 and 60 fps every other frame with very bad input lag and requires a restart to fix
All these problems started after I upgraded my gpu to a rx5700

had a similar issue, turning off image sharpening in radeon software fixed it for me (same bug happened with any source game btw)

that fixes the fullscreen issue but my game still start flicking between 60 and 160fps every other frame, I've tried reinstalling, verifying, and disabling my other monitors I have no idea what could be causing it

nothing in launch options, everything in the radeon software is turned off, problem still happens after 30-40 minutes of playing
I originally thought it was something with borderless window but it happens in fullscreen as well
