Lagging with good ping

I've been teleporting a little bit in games the past week and generally lagging. Not just Team Fortress, also CSGO and other games not on steam. My voice also lags on Discord sometimes. I have 0%choke, 0%loss, around 40-20 ping, 0.3-5var and no obvious spikes in any of these. Would could be causing this? My friend with the same internet provider isn't having any such issues.

What are your temps like while in game? Even though the CPU isn't maxed out it could be overheating

maybe your net settings have something unusual? what config are you using, maybe even some graphical settings that are incompatible with your drivers? try checking the interp values in game
