there's really nothing unusual about the first video tbh, his gameplay reminds me a lot of polish player s4m who was falsely accused of cheating in the past. switching to scout is not as hard as you think, especially if you already have good scout dm from mge or whatever and get 35% heals per map.
1 stv demo against a mediocre team and a few 4s/hl logs against bad players isn't enough evidence.

2nd guy is 100% walling, nobody plays like that
