who is the most toxic tf2 player of all time?

What constitutes toxic and most? I once saw a guy name his force of nature, "the nigger killing canon" and then he screeched like a pig squealing on mic non-stop on this all talk community server. I thoight it was hilarious but everyone else got really mad, guess they were new to intermet >:) eventually admins showed up and banmes him. I think people would say he was toxic but im pretty sure he was just expressing his creativity.

howto: use dx7 and break the game

I could get the fading props when on a local server but I didn't get it working on pubs. Only real plus when on a pub was that I don't have to restart my game to get the game into dx8 anymore.

snowiMine just started to work again out of no where after like 3 or 4 days. I did absolutely NOTHING to my files.
I removed and deleted files, verified cache, reinstalled, installed on a different machine and kept getting the same error no matter what I troubleshooted yesterday. Today I launched tf2 and it worked fine. It's most definitely something on valve's end with their server registry of tf2.

clorgLook it up, I found it in like 2 Google results and a yt tutorial. Has to do with adding it to your folder with the name and size the file is btw
I did look it up, and I linked the video, the two youtube videos available are the same tutorial. I get stuck on the same step. Just because you found 2 google results doesn't mean it works, please test it yourself before making it sound like it's common sense.

Anyone out there know how to get full color on a decal for the Clan Pride/Photo Badge?
I got the full color decals working for my Flair! and Conscientious Objector, but the Clan Pride and Photo Badge have resulted in problems.
This video supposedly shows how to get full color on a decal for the clan pride and photo badge. I follow it but the part that requires me to add a couple of lines to my host file results in this error:
If anyone knows a way to get full color these items I would appreciate that information.
