+rep Good Scout. Has the willingness to improve and once he gets his new internet, he'll be an amazing pickup.

Little bit confused, Are you looking for a team or looking for players. It would also be nice if you stated the division you intend to play in and link your profile.
parkNewbie mixes will actually be doing a team drive to form teams of new open players for next season, keep an eye out http://steamcommunity.com/groups/na6v6newbiemix
Like he said, wait for the open season to finish and Newbie Mixes will start an open drive. Information on the program is in a stickied thread on the front page.
Newbie Mixes also hosts mentoring "pugs" on fridays starting from 9:30, You'll need mumble and a microphone to participate though but its worth checking it out if you're new to competitive.
The front page of Newbie Mixes has a bunch of links to guides to help you get into competitve, some are class specific, and some are general information for the gamemode. Marxists videos are probably some of the best out there imo.
This is a site for people to queue up in a lobby type system for competitive tf2. Click on a lobby in your region and click on your class, You'll need mumble for this too (Notice a trend with mumble?).
I always liked Warhuryeah

LFT Low-mid Open Demoman
Experience:
Iron Pocket S17 UGC
Steel Sub Demoman S18 UGC
Steel Demoman HL S17 UGC
Silver Demoman HL S18 UGC
Bunch of Pugs
I know my experience doesn't scream open demo but give me a chance please, I'll try and git gud in the mean time.
You should judge pug groups once you've played with them. I agree the name is retarded but the pugs themselves are fine.
Akinfenwa -
+rep Good Medic, ringed for his team once.
Great in Pugs from what I've seen and people speak very highly of him. Deserves a low-mid open team depending on the class.
Akinfenwa -
Great Roamer, does his job well and creates space. Deserves a good team and is dedicated to improving.
Akinfenwa -
Draz is a good soldier who has a great mentality to improve, You'll always find him either DMing, MGEing or Playing Pugs (Pug All Night boyssss). Can vouch for his pocket ability and he's probably pretty good at roamer too. Offclass Sniper is also really good too.
