17.9 lerp mastercomfig?

Anyone know why lerp is set to 17.9 in mastercomfig? All of the old configs would set lerp to 15.2. I know I can change lerp to whatever I want in custom.cfg, but I'm curious if there is some explanation for this.

could It be high cpu usage? since you said that mumble lags out as well. What are your specs, also try monitoring your cpu usage through the task manager.
