TobI'm really glad about the transparency and such, but I wish better methods were being used to go about the restricting. Right now it just seems like admins go through some of the players manually which takes too much time so there's very obvious cases that are being missed (as have been pointed out in this thread already)
I totally understand admins already have enough work and going through every single player's history would take way too long, but if the system currently in place allows for some players to be overlooked through sheer luck things need to be handled differently. Had they not have been pointed out in this thread, many wouldn't have been restricted all season.
Like league admin Proky having played prem sniper but being allowed to snipe in mid. AlesKee, his teammate, manages the class restriction thread. Not trying to accuse them of knowingly ignoring it but dear god that's such an oversight and shouldn't happen if the system in place was actually functioning the way it should
There are no highlander restrictions above low in 6v6, it is stated in the etf2l thread.

A team that ran a perma heavy on product came 3rd in low last season.
GazThere are people that are being stopped from playing engineer and spy what the fuck am I reading
All of these seemingly pointless highlander restrictions are for the sake of consistency, and are only a thing in the low division.
