If that doesn't work, a workaround that reduces performance is mat_mipmaptextures 0

Stickies black with -nod3d9ex

I'm using -nod3d9ex in my launch options to fix my mumble overlay so it doesn't look like this

But using -nod3d9ex makes stickies look black unless I walk really close to them. Can I use -nod3d9ex but use some other command to make the stickies not black?
I'm using dxlevel 98 and cowmanglias config

Maybe if you didn't need to use cheats in a such a simple game you wouldn't get lured.
yo runescape's interface is fucking garbage, any slight improvements like this shouldn't be regarded as cheats. there are way more powerful features on Konduit and OSBuddy that could be considered "cheating"
