More specifically, you have to start healing your target and then look at them for a very small amount of time, and then you can look away. For example, if you flick to heal someone and then flick back to where you were originally looking, the heal beam will just disconnect.

I just started playing because of this thread and it is takes time to something like receive achievement rewards, and sometimes it fails altogether. Maybe they're having heavy usage right now

I played on Facepunch community servers back in 2008/2009, we made a highlander team for the ETF2L Highlander Challenge (that tournament with the most teams ever or something). Played a few games in Highlander, then my friend Cam00/Pom00 suggested making a 6v6 team for Season 14.
