Thanks for putting this together!

I enjoy coding so I've been working on a team ELO system for a while that might compliment your power rankings.

It uses the logs.tf API to pull scrim data, and then Python to calculate round-based ELOs. It's rough around the edges since it's just a personal project, but here's an initial view from the 234 main scrims since August 1.

Some key differences between our rankings:
- Fujoshi Force has been performing well against teams like MONSTARS, Sweaty, and fgp and could easily be "Tier 1 - High"
- bungalow alert! (my team) is probably ranked higher than we deserve lol
