Hello, Im looking to start a new team!

Currently looking for everything but roamer! Im not fussed about being the best this season but there are a couple of requirements

-Basic understanding of 6v6 format
-Mumble
-Time to commit, im looking to scrim 4 nights a week and improve
-Ability to take criticism, Im not expecting to win Open but I want to improve, this means demo reviews and constant scrims

Looking to find an ESEA team for low to mid open. Started last season in ESEA on a newbie mix team. Learned loads and want to keep improving.

Older male so Im looking for a team that is relatively mature

I have no problems comming and want a team that scrims frequently on weekends and does demo reviews. I am looking for a team that i get along with well and can just generally game with. Most nights Im free for scrims and such. Let me know if you need any other info or such.
