blue-Try using game capture source with dxlevel 9 for better performance. Or you can do windows capture with dx8. Dxtory doesn't work well with OBS.

Ping test and Speed test give them same numbers pretty much every time I do the tests. Thanks for the program ranga. That showed me I had 112 ms instead of the 9 ms I could have with another server.

I'll get a red and black box in the bottom right of OBS but occasionally it goes back to green. I've noticed that my stream will be fine for a second and then lag out and that's when all the frames get dropped. It will play for 2 seconds and then drop for 5 and I get huge frame loss during that time.
