***UPDATE***
I managed to fix the map problem by installing an older version of the pl_badwater.bsp
However, the viewmodel problem resists.
Taatqzc has made lots of old backups. here's the latest (link to jump tf forum post)
It didn't work sadly. Still got the same problem

you are a legend, I will download that over night and will update you if my demos will work again or nah.
EDIT: Install by disconnecting from internet and replacing TF2 folder, right?
heksHave you tried the normal stuff like removing your custom folder, removing your cfg folder and changing mat_queue_mode?
Yup, I tried all of those things.
Hey guys,
ever since the Jungle Inferno update my old demos are broken.
pl_badwater and koth_lakeside demos crash the game with "bad inline model number 128"
And all other demos have broken viewmodels. For pyro for example my Degreaser and Powerjack are invisible but the Flare Gun isn't (you can only see the hands for these weapons). Like I said both of these problems only happen with pre-Jungle Inferno demos.
If anyone knows a solution to that I would love to hear it. Thanks!
Thanks man!
Just a quick question: is there going to be a ticks file soon?

It looks like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIuW4Lxj_vo
It's mainly on Badwater and Product. How do I fix it? It's not visible during gameplay, it's just there in demo.
Would like to change my name to 'Badja' (without the '' ofc)
If the name 'Badja' isn't free anymore I'll pick 'BadjaTF2'
It's pretty cool, and I have a suggestion:
You could add 'use lefty viewmodels' for people that actually use them. :)
