That specific effect was done by recording 2 clips as Carter guessed. One using the normal HUD, and another clip using my normal PVHUD where I set my health to the right value and stood roughly in the same spot. I then keyed out everything but the health cross to combine the two.
I don't think there exists a good HUD that includes HP from STV demos. Making a HUD that works in POV demos should be easy though.

As long as trash talk is strictly limited to the scope of the game I don't think it should be punishable. Excessive profanity and and personal attacks are not acceptable, but trash talking and calling someone bad at the game is totally fine IMO.
I don't understand why RGL admins keep choosing to focus on these minor issues instead of actual toxic/racist/sexist people.
