First he came for the casuals, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a casual.
Then he came for the whitelist, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not playing esea this season.
Then he told us the state of tf2, and I did not speak out—
Because I did not take him seriously.
Then he came for invite—and there was no one left in invite.
I first started out on TF2Lobby.com before the popo took it down

For all the reading types out there, I recommend Alexis de Tocqueville's Democracy in America Vol.1. You'll find that people have been saying America has lost its greatness since it began. The entire idea of greatness is delusional because of its subjectiveness. To be fair, the quality of life for most has improved over the last 200 years. If you can afford internet, your household is considered pretty well off. So for us, America is pretty great! For others, I think we can do better to spread some wealth around from the 1% that has stockpiles of cash their grandchildren won't even be able to spend in their lifetimes.
Conversations like these have existed for the better part of a thousand years or more, so a more constructive question would be how to actually do something about fanatical and political inequality.
I was in music class, and my teacher passed me this weird looking thing and told me to "take a hit". I thought it was weed, boy was a wrong...
Should we enforce draconian penalties on bmers and implement higher restrictions on sandbaggers in esea? There are rules in esea that should logically penalize people who commit acts of poor sportsmanship, but from what I've heard they are not really enforced. There's allot of stuff in this community that needs to be addressed before we can start cleaning up our act. We need to be able to have civil conversations about our future to start, and that's already hard enough. Once we start changing things, there will be backlash; just look at the changes that were made to the esea whitelist as an example.
Circlejerks are just clans with no defining name, and are usually indivisible because of their anonymous-esq like interactions while still maintaining an identity. People within the tf2 community are much more intimidating than the community's of other esport games, because we have nothing to lose really. This entire game is about socializing, superiority complexes, trolling, and memes. In a sense, we are more attuned to an old school 4chan messageboard then 4chan is today.
Aren't we all on the same team here?
#9 remember not to pass to that guy at LAN bois
I personally can not admit to committing any felonies, but I know a guy whos first time with smoking weed was on a mountain. He hiked about five minutes to this rock face with a bunch of his buddies, that overlooks the French Broad River. I was told that his experience was extraordinary, as every color in the forest and the river became vivid shades of greens and blues. From that day forward his appreciation for wonders of nature doubled twice fold. He then hiked about two miles down to the railroad tracks, and spent the entire day smoking and watching the cole trains from virginia rumble by. Whats even more hilariously reckless is the fact that apparently he did all this in gunshot distance of the sheriff's department, laughing about the fact the entire time. I always thought that was a pretty cool story.
What's interesting about this band to me, is the fact that it's just a bassist and a drummer. Apparently you can make some decent music with just those two things.
I spent fifteen minutes on the over.gg fourms after months of avoiding that scene. I can honestly say I hope tf2 never turns into that shitfest. I'm fine with our own special blend of autism, it has its charm, but at least it isn't overwatch community cringe.
