Maybe instead of repeatedly making threads in a place where you have a bad reputation and getting negative comments every time, you should find someone good/better than you who you play with and start asking them for small tips. There are plenty of good players in #tf2mix and while they may not be the most experienced you should take the time and ask one of them how to improve as a player.
Edit: Oh sorry didn't realize you were banned. The rest besides the tf2mix part still goes.
