If you are unsure of what COD4 Promod is, heres a summary:
COD4 Promod is a modification to COD 4 Modern Warfare that makes it more competitive and skill based. Many say it's more like Counter-Strike and that is somewhat true. In ways that it differs is that weapons are more hard-hitting(Most weapons kill in 2-3 shots), It's very fast paced and requires a lot of flick aiming, there is a "interesting" movement system, and the teams are divided into classes: Assault, Spec-Op/SMG, Scope/Sniper, and Demo(Demo is the shotgun class and its never used because it is severally under-powered). COD4 Promod is a unique mix of games and in it's simplicity is oddly, a very unique game.

TL;DR - COD4 Promod is a mod that makes the game more skill-based simplifying the game with weapon locked classes and no killstreaks or any other bullshit in the vanilla COD4

I live in the mountains of Georgia and I've seen about four different sightings in woods around my house. They won't do anything though, too scared to get hillbilly'd on someones front porch. (hillbilly'd = shotgunned)

I use to wear a headset to school so I could be like the scout. I also randomly use to yell Bonk! at people.

Its not how far, it's how much do you have to run. The answer is a lot.

I run Cross Country and my best 3 mile time is a 20:54
My training routine is fairly simple and it can be summarized into 3 easy steps:
1. Build Leg and Lung Strength - This can be done by running hills and doing basic work outs on your lower half of your body. The lung strength comes from just running and building your lung capacity.
2. Build Speed - Run on a treadmill for 5 minutes on a decently fast speed (mines 10 MPH) and then do a brisk jog for another 5. Repeat and that will help your legs turn over and also help build lung capacity
3. Run Distance - Get used to running great distances. If you need to run a certain distance, train by running further distances. It helps mentally and physically.

I do this about 4-5 times a week.

I'm not the best runner at my school but I'm working hard to improve greatly and with this routine I've improved my times by around a minute and a half over this past month alone.
