I appreciate Sideshow. He wasn't an amazing tf2 player, but he was so invested in the game, and just an overall wonderful character. He manages to mess up almost everything he does, even drink water. But the great thing was he was willing to mess up, he wasn't afraid to look stupid. His laugh was contagious, his overall demeanor was hilarious, and his dedication to this game was admirable. Thank you Sideshow for everything you have done for this community and for the humor you brought to so many lives. You and your memes will be sorely missed. BibleThump

Matchmaking configs?

I was watching slin's stream and it might have just been my very tired eyes but it looked like his fps config was working in matchmaking. Even if this is not the case, has anyone found any type of configuration that can possibly boost fps? I am on a Mac so i need every shred of fps I can get, even with this new optimization.

I think someone said there was a problem with nvidia drivers "leaking fps" or something like that.
Edit: found the guy who actually knew what he was talking about
hurrykannI am so happy about the matchmaking part finally being out, but they still haven't fixed the biggest issue that most people who have Intel GPU+Nvidia GPU and uses the Optimus solution. The game starts to leak, memory leak...Most people will seespamming all over the console while being in a matchmaking game, it's been like this during beta and still not addressed. I hope they will eventually sort it out, because otherwise many people will suffer with unbearable FPS problems, since it just leaks and frames will start to crawl down to sub 20.id color format! ShaderAPIDX8::CreateD3DTexture: Invalid color format!

theoxandmoonI don't like how they got rid of pubs. It's 2:15 AM here and I just want to play an easy stupid game of TF2. Now I have to sit and wait for a match I'm not allowed to leave in the middle of. Idc if they keep the new casual mode but valve pubs are the way I decompress for the night.
community servers, skial and all that are still up. its not hard to find a skial pub my man
