There will be three divisions, based on based on total in-game hours on Scout. Anywhere from 0-100 will label you as a "Little League" player, 100-300 "Minor League," and anywhere above 300 "Major League." Don't worry if you don't have the same amount of hours as a friend, you will still be able to play together. Team division will be determined on a mean value of these hours.

my previous cfg files / settings wouldnt load after installing mastercomfig via the app, renaming my autoexec and moving it into custom/mystuff/cfg did the trick
yeah you're supposed to just rename ur autoexec.cfg to custom.cfg and leave it where it was so that it doesn't conflict with the new autoexec
