How should we practice for season 15

With all the quick-fix controversy going on and the potential banning of it for season 15, would there be anyway to determine if we should practice with the quick-fix or not. Wasting off season time practicing with a weapon that could be banned seems pointless.

I'll let you determine where in open I fit exactly but I would like to think mid open would be a good starting place.

Hi, hello, salutations.
I'm Brisk a demonstrations man playing in UGC silver and I'm looking for someone to help me with my gameplay.
Things I am looking to improve on are:
-positioning: mostly on before and during pushes but my middles can also use work
-communications: kinda hard to fix without the potential mentor being in mumble but i need to know whats worth calling and whats not
-ammo management: I'm really bad at this please help me :(
