Tobget malwarebytes and do a scan. usually does the trick if it's malicious. Has found many threats in the past other anti viruses didn't for me
(might try to trick you into one of those free trial things but if you don't avoid it you can just cancel that afterwards anyway so it stops scanning when you don't want it to)
