Just as a suggestion to lower the chances of someone thinking this is just a scam or a bait. give a window, have it with an upper and lower limit of teams and extend the window for teams if need be. ESEA stuck with it time and time again cause it promoted urgency and drew more players than not into paying up and actually playing.

we started out as a sniper_orange_110 team 7 years ago friend. take the game as seriously and frag out as much as you want.
also theres a lot of james and jt's in the community. fight them to the death and prove yourself superior
knowing the impact you make outside of hard logs and numbers.
my fucking god do i get outdm'd by players but watching a demo and seeing how i zoned someone out or made the right call at the right time on the fly definitely makes up for the "i used to be better" line that goes through my head when i check logs.

i still hope you'll be proud of me. i struggle with shit as much as you did and managed to get past my big hang up rather forcefully, a lot of my time is still spent thinking about us way back then. i wish you were still here, we'd both probably be worse off or dead but at least i would be confident in our mistakes and everything.
