Veccthe game slowed down BECAUSE of the crossbow
the game in general is slowed down because of healing/uber. If you wanted to truly make the game as fast paced as possible you would remove medic. then the game would be more based on team fights and number advantages and health advantages would be used way more.
personally disagree with this way of thought.

either way rocket firing time = 0.8
and to shoot with the panic attack and change back to the rocket launcher is 0.75 (you see what i'm getting at)

Something I think is worth noting is that as a soldier you can now shoot off a rocket and a panic attack shotgun before a scout can shoot 2 scatter gun shots and as you just stated can shoot rockets at a shorter time interval as well.. Before you weren't able to do this even with shotgun. Many people would complain about not being able to do enough damage because you wouldn't be able to fire faster than the scout. I don't know how much of an advantage this is though.
Very fun, good guys. They are very experienced, and give good upfront criticism. The roster is well rounded (from what ive seen ringing for them a couple times) a true 10/10 experience. If you don't play for them its your loss.
