sex is biological, gender is a social construct. i don't see how you could construe yourself as the victim in this situation when all you're being asked is to show someone a modicum of respect by using pronoun that they identify as.
I personally refer to Marisa with Female Pronouns out of respect, but to play devil's advocate.
If I went around telling people that I want to be reffered to as Black African/Chinese Asian/Native American/Arabic/etc even though I'm a White American does that mean people should refer to me as such? Cause I choose to identify as that?
Yes, it's a bit more complex with gender but by no means should anyone have to or be chastised for not obliging so long as they're not being an asshole about it.
No, at least according to the sentence you're quoting "gender is a social construct" so you can't compare it to the colour of a skin which is more like a sex.

HyceI think the idea for two matches a week was so that you could prioritize learning strategy for one map and then have it come to fruition more than once, two different maps in the same week would be a clusterfuck

MasterKuniOther than lag, one possibility is if the client is running at a higher framerate than the server's tick rate, then the user's input could happen between ticks and the server would need to "catch up". This concept was discussed in the previous thread regarding framerate caps higher than your monitor's refresh rate. However, I don't know if what I described is possible because I'm not well versed on source engine netcode.
I don't think that would be as noticeable as what we've seen in the video

Soap DM disallowing sniper?

TomSSI recently noticed that i couldn't select sniper over on Tryhard Brigade. Slot was empty and all. Then i headed over to the less popular Simrai soap dm server and same thing there. Has there been some kind of a general patch to the mod which disallows sniper or what?
I don't think it was blocked when you wrote this. Anyways feel free to try again.
rock-tryhardbrigade has many things wrong
You still played there 2 weeks constantly complaining on the chat about maps, number of slots, other players, basically everything, don't you feel like you might've been that thing that was wrong?
