Ok, so now it's not working anymore, same error back again.

It didn't work the first time I restarted it, but now it does work, thanks for the help guys!

I've already contacted support and they aren't helping, and where are the .blob files?
Also read my post, I already tried reinstalling the game

My specs are:
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon 7850 Dual-Core Processor (2 CPUs), ~2.8 GHz
Memory: 4GB of RAM
DirectX 11
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
I think the Windows 8 may have something to do with it, but I'm not entirely sure.

It has the exact error and I'll add my specs, also, this is an ongoing problem, it's been like this for one or two months, I thought waiting it out a few days would work, since it just went away on it's own the other 3 times this happened, and I've never gotten a permanent fix

My TF2 has not worked for the past 2 months and it is getting frustrating

I'm not sure what to do, I reinstalled steam, tf2, validated the game cache, and steam support hasn't done much to help, can someone tell me what to do?

Hello, my Team Fortress 2 isn't working
Whenever I try to play, I get the error: keyvalues error missingfile null
Or something along those lines. I does this on and off, where it will have that for a while, then sometimes when I go back to it, it will work, does anyone have a permanent fix for this problem?
My OS is Windows 8
I have tried:
Verifying Integrity of Game Cache
Re-installing Steam
Restarting my computer
Reinstalling Team Fortress 2
I didn't install any custom content
