joshuawnyou simply don't develop any level of DM if you "play to win" from the getgo; you can't even execute the proper "play to win" techniques unless you grind out important fundamentals first.
you are right, but someone who tailors their play-style completely to an mge arena is obviously going to be worse in game than in mge. every spire main must eventually come to the realization they don't really know how to play tf2 at all
nuts on spire, partly because he has really good aim, partly because he plays for the win rather than to improve. haven't really played with him but I know he has a huge ego from my limited interactions over mge. Will prolly do alright in IM
