Cloudflare isn't free. I'm assuming as a non-profit organization, UGC doesn't have 200$/month plan which provides you with advanced DDoS protection.
There is actually a free cloudflare version. But you are right that may not work correctly for their needs.
That being said UGC is working on ways to get this fixed and up as soon as possible.

Anyways, TorGuard is a fairly cheap VPN service. Tom's Hardware did a comparison and they looked to be the best to me so I went for it and am fairly happy, you seriously just run the program and click connect and it takes about 5 seconds.

Occasional lag but I usually just disconnect-reconnect again and no issues, though honestly with you guys updating the way your site handles this information it might not even be an issue for people if they can simply get their IP changed which is free and not very difficult.

Agreed Tor guard is very good for what you are paying.. I have torguard aswell as https://dissemble.me/ . Dissemble has two ddos protected servers which are in Canada/France. The rest are just normal vpns. Currently paying $1 month. Got it yesterday seems to work great.

1tobSnowwStory : He won a round of us 1v1ing 10 keys, but the spinner didnt spin and stayed on his pic. I asked for a redo but he refused. This was round number 217 and 218, He won the round after but the spinner worked. Fast forward to round 222 and 223! I won 16 keys in a 1v1 which i won, but he claimed that his spinner broke and he cancelled the trade offer and FORCED me to redo the 1v1 even though he didnt have to. Then he won and said that it was fair... Now I ask myself how is it fair that I HAVE to redo it but he doesnt even have to acknowledge me even me making a complaint. report his group and report him with this evidence. If it can get his steam group shut down it'd save a lot of people getting scammed
He's already a marked scammer on steamrep but making an additional report with this evidence would probably help. His BeerBear alt has a confirmed report, but last time I checked the Delta account doesn't have a confirmed one yet
