I feel that if you want something fixed, you must come together and say what is wrong. Personally I would like if everyone cared about faceit to try and organize ourselves to tell faceit it what is wrong with their current site, and that if they care about our future they need to fix/improve their site asap.

Results of stuff so far, i'll break down everything later if i can get like 100 respondents, i personally would like to get as many as possible so i can send this info to the faceit team

Apparently a month ago my mom bought a "Wi-fi extender", but besides that nothing else seems to be around clogging my internet.

The hub would work but there is a few problems with it that if they addressed, would make faceit ultimately the best website to play on.

1. No sub system

2. No known player ban system.

3. no possibility of gaining faceit points through the b4nny hub.

4. lacking features needed in general to help with balancing (showing players stats, etc.)

5. kinda hard to get to the hub in the first place.

6. Improve their elo system

because of this it's basically a downgrade to what already exists and is more well known out there, I would love if faceit could be improved on and i wish the community was much more forward with helping the progress of faceit because it sounds amazing to play to earn items and have a site where rank matters more

My Ethernet works fine at least. However I'm still concerned about what happened to my Wi-Fi because it was working much better just recently than nowadays.

My Laptop is always plugged in and it lag spikes regardless of heat. Sadly I can't move my router to a higher place but I play near my router so it shouldn't be that big of an issue.

How does that exactly affect me? what should i do if it is/is not active?

Although my internet has not been the best, it's always been good enough. Also I use wifi internet for now since i play on a laptop.
I did get good enough ping in most places with a little amount of lag spiking (. But for the past few weeks I've been experiencing terrible internet problems. Lag spiking WAY more than usual (and more bad as well as sometimes i'm just stuck for a good second or two a lot), timed out in a couple of instances, and everything in general has been slower in terms of loading up (videos, web pages etc.)

Also I'd like to say that usually my in game performance is fine when I am not on a server with many people (like around 6, and when rocket jumping when I'm on my own and not many players around me)
But when A lot of people are on the server, or on my screen doing actions I start lag spiking like crazy now. I'm not sure what to do exactly and I don't want to exactly pay more since my internet has done fine in the past. Any help is appreciated

Technically if you get away with it, any scamming idea is a good idea, but this is honestly a shitty idea, cause look he got caught and is now labeled as the biggest piece of shit in the tf2 community pretty much, he will never be able to get his reputation back from this unless he payed back 100x full
