Difficult to discern at the moment what the circumstances truly were (and they may never truly become clear) but I've seen people saying that he was taken off of suicide watch 2 days ago (!) and that the security camera that monitors him was malfunctioning (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
