What are your predictions on the next season of ESEA?
Any chances of you posting the results of the survey? Because I am a chemistry/psychology major myself and would like to know them

I'm a player who's looking to get into the competitive scene (600+ hrs into TF2). I have two questions:
-How does a newbie like myself get started?
-Are there specific dates / times assigned for when the teaching will be on?
I have just over 600 hrs in the game, and I was doing well as demoman on a pub. I had no hats on demoman, but apparently people thought I was cheating? Just because you have no hats doesn't mean that you have no skill in the game.
I have been watching UEAKCrash's youtube series on how to create maps, so I have a pretty decent understanding on what commands to use and which buttons do what. I only have 600 hrs in the game so I'm pretty inexperienced. I want to start creating maps, and I understand there will be a lot of trial and error. What exactly makes a koth map good? Because the TF2 community has created a lot of maps over the years, but only a certain few shine.
