Were you using the same drivers on your old mobo?/ have you tried a different version of your sound driver? Believe it or not sound is a real cpu hog and the driver could be the one causing your troubles. Not saying it is without a doubt but its within the range of the possibilities.

Noona is a pretty good scout, he has pretty good movements and will only get better. He's also a very nice guy. Speaks french too. Tabarnak.
Happy Birthday, Enjoy your cock.
Used to program .net, delphi and java as a job. I'm also decent at c++ et C#, and I know some COBOL because I have to work a lot on mainframe these days.
still looking, wouldn't mind backing up to finish the season.
Expecting a price drop of the 7950 to follow this release.
I wouldn't suggest upgrading to Haswell, unless you don't plan on OC'ing at all. Ivy briddge is less expensive, doesn't get as hot and much better at overclocking. Also, I doubt you'd ever notice the difference in buying 2k+ mhz memory, so 1600mhz is plenty. If you really want "faster" memory, I'd go for memory with lower timings.
Hi, so I'm trying to get in 6s after seeing all my highlander buddies being successful at it. I'm looking for an open team. Would preferably like to start but would be willing to backup for a good team for the rest of the season. One of the biggest reason I never got in 6's was because of my work schedule, I have to work ~2 night shift a week (on different days) but I do know my schedule for the rest of the year so if a team would be willing to work and schedule around it for me that would be awesome. I don't have much league experience aside from playing platinum highlander season 8 with reborn and now s10 with bonus.
I'm very open to criticism, and I'm constantly trying to improve.
Keep in mind that the i7 4770k is ~300$ versus ~200$ 3570k, that's pretty much the price of the SSD. Being on a budget, I'd take the i5 + SSD vs the i7 for gaming any day of the week. Sure the i7 might me a bit better for streaming but the i5 would do just fine.

excluded hdd/ram because you're salvaging those from your current PC
Was trying to get as close to 1300 as possible. If you plan on doing MAJOR OC'ing you could swap out the cooling fan for something better but for slight(or none) overclocking this is plenty.
bump, still looking
would tryout for scout position
