You'd be surprised about how very few good mice there is (mostly the sensor's fault). Here is a link for you because I don't feel like explaining everything :

To make a lil tldr though : Lot's of mice have innate issues or they start to malfunction at a certain speed

With m_rawinput 1 that's irrelevant because it bypasses your windows mouse settings

A lot of mouse sensor actually malfunction at high DPI (postive/negative accel, jitter, etc)

Don't tunnel vision on what's not working, yes looking at your mistakes is a good way to learn/improve but taking a positive approach and focusing on what you're doing right and thinking about how you can make it even better is also a good approach to take sometimes.

Play a lobby, a pug or even in a pub server to build back some confidence.

I realize there are a lot of scouts on the market right now and I'll be honest I don't have many hours invested in TF2, I've only started playing seriously late November 2011 when I played with Cinq and the rest of the frenchies but I had to stop playing for several months due to a wrist injury. I'm basically willing to start or backup not too picky really I'm just looking for a team to get some scrim play time so I can improve my game sense.

I have pretty strong DM (imo) I'm pretty sure that within time I could get good enough to really help a team.
