I can't tell between sarcasm and genuine jabs at other people's skills in this site anymore

Hey, I need some help with my build. I'm trying to make a Black and White themed build for gaming + video rendering/design stuff, but I'd like to know if there are any better options for me available around the same price for the entire setup ($1500-$1600)
I would do some light overclocking and occasional streaming, too. It'd be mostly for TF2 and other similar Source games, but I also would like to be able to play games like Fallout 4 at 60FPS. I have a bootable Win10 installation drive, so I didn't add an OS on the parts list.

memes aside this entire UB playoff was incredible
watching these two teams going back and forth like that in all maps, with badlands's 2nd half maybe being the only exception, but all Product rounds were down to seconds between each team, and the process rounds were super close as well
